Rescheduling a Batch

In the event that you have scheduled a batch for the wrong date or time, batches can be rescheduled.

To reschedule batch:

  1. From the Workbench, select the Batch Manager navigator button .

  2. From the Batch History tab, in the Views dropdown and field, select the Next 28 days.

    If the batch was scheduled more than 28 days in advance, select a longer time period.

  3. Highlight the batch you want to reschedule and select Detail. The Batch Profile window appears.

  4. Update the Scheduled Date and Time fields as required.

  5. Select OK. The Batch Profile window closes and the batch has been rescheduled.

Once rescheduled, you can review the new scheduled date and time from the Batch History tab.
